Raukawa Settlement Trust Group | Governance Structure
The Raukawa Settlement Trust is a post settlement governance entity for the South Waikato based iwi – Raukawa. The organisation is a vehicle to advance the collective interests of our people and to ensure that the benefits of our Treaty Settlements are enjoyed by its members in the present, and future.
The Trust is charged with the prudent management of our assets and is underpinned by the tenets of transparency, accountability and good governance. Our Board is made up of 16 elected trustees, who are elected for a three-year term by registered iwi member voters.
